Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Get More Installs, a brand operated by Leverage Group Ent LLC (“Get More Installs”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit getmoreinstalls.com, book a call with us, or communicate with us. We work with window replacement companies in the United States; this site is intended for business owners and their teams, not for consumers.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call you provide your name, phone number, email address, company name and your answers to a few questions about your business (for example annual revenue, average job value, closing rate and installation capacity). If you contact us, we keep the content of that communication.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our pages collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the campaign or advertisement that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and Meta ad identifiers) and cookies or similar identifiers. Our booking pages use the Meta Pixel and similar measurement tools to understand which advertisements lead to a booked call.
2. How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and hold the call you booked, and to send you the meeting link and reminders by email and, with your consent, by text message.
- To check whether your company matches the requirements of our program and to prepare the call.
- To respond to your requests and to run our business relationship with you.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we will use it to confirm your call, send reminders and follow up on your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP. Full details are in our SMS Consent page. We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit what they can do with it: our scheduling platform (iClosed), our customer relationship management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel and its telephony providers), our website hosting (Vercel), our advertising and measurement platforms (Meta) and our internal storage (Google Workspace). We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as long as needed for the purposes above, and then for the period required by law or by our legitimate business needs, such as record keeping. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7).
6. Cookies and measurement
Our booking pages use cookies and pixels to remember which page version you saw, to count visits and to attribute booked calls to the advertisement that brought you here. You can control cookies in your browser settings. For information about how Meta uses data collected through the Meta Pixel, see Meta’s privacy policy.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to direzione@scalingincubator.com.
- You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
- If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by California law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
