These Terms of Service govern your use of getmoreinstalls.com and of the call booking offered on it, operated by Get More Installs, a brand operated by Leverage Group Ent LLC (“Get More Installs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a call you agree to these terms.

1. What the site is

The site describes our marketing services for window replacement companies and lets you book a call with our team. Booking a call does not create a contract for services: any engagement, including the free 30-day program described on the site, is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over anything on this site.

2. Eligibility

The site and the call are intended for businesses and for the people authorised to act on their behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Your information

You agree to provide accurate information when you book a call. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. If you give us a mobile number, our SMS Consent terms apply.

4. Results

Figures on this site describe past results obtained for other clients in other industries. They are real, but they are not a promise of what your company will obtain: results depend on your market, your budget, your sales team and many factors outside our control. Any guarantee we offer is defined only in the written agreement, with its own conditions.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, videos and design belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and share the site for your own information; you may not copy, modify or reuse its contents for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to book calls you do not intend to attend, to submit false information, to interfere with the site’s operation or to attempt to access parts of it that are not public.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party services

Booking, reminders and video calls are provided through third-party services (for example iClosed and Google Meet), each with its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms at any time by posting the new version here; the date at the top tells you when they were last updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Leverage Group Ent LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
